Circuit training – We move together using gymequipments. The session is divided in three parts; Warmup to music, circuit and stretching. Suits everybody.

Gym – We move together to music to increase balance and coordination. Suits everybody.

*Heartgroups – To join the group you need a doctors prescription. It is arranged by the heart association and held by Carina Nyholm. The training consists of easy interval training and stretching. We are using heart rate monitors.
